Patti Grace Smith Fellowship – Aerospace Internships and Mentorship for Black Students
The Patti Grace Smith Fellowship (PGSF) provides paid internships, mentorship, and a cash grant to Black and African American community college and undergraduate students interested in aerospace careers. PGSF works to promote racial equity and inclusion in the aerospace industry.
Opportunities:
Paid Internships – Get matched with internships in the aerospace industry.
Mentorship – Gain access to industry professionals for guidance and support.
Cash Grant – Receive a grant to help kickstart your aerospace career.
Who Should Apply:
To qualify, students must:
Identify as Black/African American
Be currently attending community college or pursuing an undergraduate degree
Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Be seeking their first job or internship in the aerospace industry
All majors are welcome as long as you’re interested in aerospace!
